To assist and guide people with disabilities to improve their life by sharing the solutions to their day to day problems, various medical treatments available, preventive measures to avoid medical complications which happen due to changed lifestyle after disability, boosting their morale, and sharing the success stories of people who have beaten their disability to move ahead in life which can be replicated by other group members. We regularly conduct seminars/webinars, wherein experienced & renowned doctors provide guidance/consultations on how to handle the medical conditions & other issues which occur due to disabilities.

We also run the campaign to highlight the issues faced by the disabled fraternity to the Government of India in terms of accessibility issues in public places (viz. lack of ramps, non-availability of disabled-friendly washrooms etc.). We are also campaigning with the Government of India to create avenues to make our disabled fellows financially independent by way of reservation in Government and private sector jobs and pension for the disabled persons for sustenance who are unable to work due to extreme disability.

Events

We started this from the grassroots level & have the vision to reach to national-level programs. Special Achievers possess an approach towards the betterment of these people. Till now we’ve successfully conducted 13 such programs, benefitting over 300 such disabled persons in their respective problems.

Events we’ve done so far:

• Cervical cancer vaccination done by special Achievers on 28th March 2025 at Central Park Banquet Hall, Sector-12, Faridabad.

• Special Achievers team visited various schools & villages to spared awareness about cervical cancer vaccination for girls of age group 9 to 26 during February 2025 to March 2025.

• Special Achievers team participated in Artificial Limb & Wheelchair Distribution Camp by Mahaveer Seva Sansthan on 04th & 05th March 2025 at Community Centre, Sector-16A, Faridabad. More than 75 Specially Abled person from Special Achievers benefited.

• Special Achievers organized Lohri celebration & Blanket Distribution program on 16th Jan. 2025 at Community Centre, Sector-21 C, Faridabad.

• Special Achievers organized Wheelchair/Tricycle & other assistive equipment Distribution camp on 12 Dec. 2024 at Competent Engineering Company, Pali-Sohna Road.

• Special Achievers organized Wheelchair/Tricycle & other assistive equipment Distribution camp on 20th Sep. 2024 at Community Centre, Sector-21 C, Faridabad.

• Special Achievers organized Wheelchair/Tricycle & other assistive equipment Distribution camp on 07 Sep. 2024 at Punjabi Bhawan, Sector-16, Faridabad. 109 Specially Abled person got various equipments including Battery Tricycle, Manual Tricycle, Wheelchairs, Hearing Aid & Smart Phone for Blind Students.

• Special Achievers team visited various villages during June to August 2024 to spared awareness among Specially Abled Persons & registered specially Abled persons for upcoming Wheelchair & other assistive equipment distribution camp.

• Special Achievers team visited with specially Abled persons to Noida Rotary Blood Bank for Artificial Limb Implementation on 16th June 2024.

• Special Achievers team visited with specially Abled persons to Devashray Animal Hospital, Nimka for job opportunities (Swavalamban) on 12 June 2024.

• Special Achievers organized Amazon Job interview drive on 08th June 2024 at Community Centre, Sector-21C, Faridabad.

• Special Achievers organized Wheelchair/Tricycle Distribution camp on 05th April 2024 at Community Centre, Sector-21C, Faridabad.

• Special Achievers organized Wheelchair Basketball Tournament on 30th & 31st March 2024 at SRS International School in which four state teams participated.

• Special Achievers organized Hawan & pooja with Specially Abled Persons on occasion of Shri Ram Pran Pratishtha at Arya Samaj Mandir, Sector-31, Faridabad on 22nd Jan. 2024.

• Special Achievers celebrated lohri with differently Abled persons on 13th Jan. 2024 at Community Centre, Sector-19, Faridabad.

• Special Achievers organized a motivational session on topic “Power of Mind” for Differently Abled persons at Community Centre, Sector 21C Faridabad on 05th September 2023. Motivational session taken by Dr. Shanu Srivastav, Senior Psychologist, Shri Balaji Action Medical Institute.

• Special Achievers organized Faridabad Wheelchair Premier League for Specially Abled Persons on 14th, 15th & 16th April, 2023 at Vijay Yadav Cricket Academy, Village Bhoopani, Faridabad.
